因為電影Closer的關係，我買下了Damien Rice的O，因為太喜歡這張專輯，當他出了第二張9的時候，我馬上就買了一張，但是當我把它放進播放機裡放了一輪之後，這張專輯就被我收進了CD櫃，沒有再拿出來聽過，我並不認為這是一張不值得收藏的專輯，也不懷疑這是一張好作品，而是當時我的心理正處於一種很脆弱的狀態，沒有辦法仔細去欣賞這張太過憂鬱低迷的作品。

一個在歌壇上的新聲音，但在許多人的記憶中，早已是陪著走過一段歲月的歌聲，而這張專輯，讓許多支持他的人等了五年。

天使的聲音 詩般的語言

1998年夏天，被電台上一個很哲學的廣告，很乾淨的聲音，很單純的音樂給吸引了。

於是在沒有人注意這個女生之前，我買下了這張專輯。

樂評人說這張專輯太過清淡，過於淡而無味，但就是因為這樣的清淡，所以真實，真實到讓我產生很大的共嗚。
